Heartbeat Magazine

For five years, while I was a content strategist for madison/miles media, I had the privilege of working for a client called Mended Hearts and Mended Little Hearts. These sister organizations organize national peer-to-peer support programs for those who have heart disease, whether it’s acquired or congenital. They produce a magazine called Heartbeat, and I served as its editor for several years. In this role, I led the creation of many types of content, including feature articles, videos, and partner-led content in collaboration with sponsors including Edwards Lifesciences, AstraZeneca, Gilead, and St. Jude Medical (which was acquired by Abbott Laboratories in 2017).
