In 2023, Lyniate rebranded to Rhapsody, requiring a complete overhaul of the branding and website. Below, the image on the left shows the previous website. The image on the right shows the new site (or view it live here).

My role in the rebrand included:

  • Providing art direction to our creative agency
  • Telling the brand story in an easy-to-understand way, using imagery showing how our technology improves the experiences of clinicians and patients
  • Informing the site architecture and URL structure so that it makes sense for humans and search engines
  • Ensuring calls to action are included at every scroll depth to increase engagement and conversions on the site
  • Making the content of the site less product focused and about Rhapsody, and more about the value proposition for prospects — in other words, making the prospects, not the company, the hero of the story
  • Leading the communications about the rebranding to internal and external stakeholders
